United StatesGave it to my son because I don't want the hassle of returning it for another helmet that is designed the same way. The yoke in the strap is not adjustable so you cannot change where it hits under your neck. You cannot get it to bias forward to go under your chin. I guess I could take it off every time I want to drink from my water bottle so I could swallow or just wear it unbuckled?? ItalyThe website is really hard to use and until checkout it still wasn't clear if the Heritage 2.0 was available in Italy or not. I've tried reaching out to customer service and I got some very generic and non helpful answers. Which led me to uselessly buy magnetic lights without knowing they didn't work on Heritage 1.0, The Heritage 1.0 instead of the 2.0 because the launch date is not clear (?). Also the Italian version of the website is all full of typos.

United StatesI was convinced by the reviews that this helmet would be amazing, but I really was disappointed with how uncomfortable it is, from the plastic straps to the underpadded, underventilated dome. Also disappointed that I can’t return it. Its redeeming quality is that it looks super cute on my grumpy head, and the secret bike lock hole is a great idea.
